Meet Our Team
Adam Denz
Principal | Engineer
Adam earned his Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University, where he also completed a Minor in Engineering Management. He also holds an Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rowan College of Gloucester County.
Adam has been designing in the engineering field for almost thirty (30) years. Growing up around the engineering field helped shape his experience and knowledge in various disciplines. He has learned from a great array of extremely knowledgeable people across the industry who have helped shape him into the engineer he is today.
He has vast experience in civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, and architectural design. From site plan projects to designing all aspects of a multistory building, he can design all phases of these projects. Whether it’s commercial, industrial, municipal, or residential, Adam has years of experience in these types of designs.
He has extensive experience with deep foundation systems, foundation designs, steel structures, industrial platform designs, and hospitality industry projects.
When he’s not working, he spends time with his wife and kids. Adam enjoys coaching his children’s travel soccer teams and serving as a board member of the TBAA Soccer Club.
Michael Young
Architectural Designer
With nearly a decade of cross-disciplinary experience, Michael brings a well-rounded and integrated design approach rooted in architecture, civil infrastructure, and structural systems. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from Drexel University and is actively involved in all phases of project delivery, from early concept through final construction. His strength lies in transforming complex technical requirements into clear, functional, and contextually responsive design solutions.
Michael’s portfolio includes high-performance pharmaceutical and science laboratories, higher education facilities, public transit infrastructure, and municipal utility reconstruction. He has also contributed structural support to large-scale environmental remediation efforts.
In every project, Michael brings a thoughtful balance of technical precision and client-centered focus, ensuring that design intent aligns seamlessly with regulatory standards, project goals, and the everyday needs of those who will use the space.
Krystal Ornales
Civil Engineer
Krystal Ornales is a civil engineer with over five years of experience delivering a wide range of projects across the United States. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 2019 and has since specialized in site development, engineering design, quantity take-offs, cost estimating, and construction scheduling. She is skilled in producing detailed engineering drawings and layout plans that support effective project planning and documentation.
Krystal has worked closely with project teams, clients, and contractors throughout all phases of project delivery—from initial design through on-site coordination and revisions. She brings a practical, solutions-driven mindset to every project, helping ensure timely and efficient results.
